
From Struggle to Strength: My Health Journey & the Launch of The RNC Restorative Health Experience
Are you struggling with being overweight? Low energy? Brain fog? Increasing anxiety? Or other persistent physical symptoms? I want to share a brief overview of my health journey and expertise in restorative health.
1. My 40s Were My Worst Decade!
In my 40s, despite efforts to manage my weight and health, I experienced escalating obesity, accelerated aging, fatigue, and declining mental fitness. My doctor dismissed these as 'symptoms of perimenopause and get used to it!".
2. Self-Awareness & A Growth Mindset
With both self-awareness and a growth mindset, provided me an opportunity to learn which motivated me to deeply study our body's biochemistry and biology and purse health and lifestyle certifications from both Harvard Medical School and Cornell university, along with attending international health conferences.

3. Becoming My Most Important Patient
Applying this knowledge, I reversed my symptoms, losing 50 pounds in 18 months and becoming strong and resilient again. Upon reflection, I recognize my 40s as signs of insulin resistance, poor metabolic health, inflammation, hormonal imbalances, and toxin accumulation.
4. The RNC Restorative Health Experience is Born
As a Registered Nurse, I have seen many clients and patients in different stage of life struggle with a variety of health conditions, much like my own. My goal is to help you restore your health, believing that optimal physical and mental fitness are attainable for decades. As a Restorative Health Practitioner, I've now helped over a thousand clients since 2021 through the RNC Restorative Health Experience. Clients have achieved fat loss, improved metabolism, enhanced brain health, revered aging, and even chronic diseases, often discontinuing medications under their doctor's supervision.
